Overview
- Manage and oversee contract execution and archival strategies for diverse agreements in a remote capacity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business scenarios and implement process improvements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including Master Services Agreements, Consulting Agreements, and Statements of Work.
- Provide innovative solutions for complex contractual terms, balancing risks and opportunities.
- Develop and implement tools to streamline contracting operations and increase efficiency.
- Influence and adapt contract policies to meet evolving business requirements.
- Demonstrate leadership by mentoring new contract managers and ensuring adherence to procedures.
- Analyze and report contract performance metrics to track effectiveness and improvements.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, ensuring compliance and alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate contract lifecycle processes among functional teams with strategic advice and follow-through.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in contracts or project management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contracts or project management roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office software and familiarity with systems like Smartsheet, Oracle, and DocuSign.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- Ability to operate effectively in structured and unstructured environments.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage high-value contracts.
