Overview

  • Serve as the welcoming face of the office, ensuring a professional and organized reception area.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and callers, addressing inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Support daily office operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining supplies.
  • Assist internal teams with administrative tasks, including document preparation and data entry.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
