- Review workpapers and tax returns prepared by staff, ensuring compliance and precision in all submissions.
- Mentor and train junior team members, fostering professional development and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare and review complex tax filings for diverse clients, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Minimum of 4 years of tax preparation and review experience, with 6 years preferred.
- Proficiency in tax research and drafting technical memos with actionable solutions.
- Strong knowledge of corporate, partnership, and individual tax regulations and compliance.
- Experience mentoring and training junior staff, fostering technical development.
- Ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively regarding tax matters.
- Familiarity with tax software and tools for efficient preparation and review processes.
