Overview
- Lead community outreach efforts for a new assisted living facility, focusing on private-pay clientele and building census from the ground up.
- Develop and execute strategic outreach and admissions plans to achieve occupancy goals and establish market presence.
- Collaborate with corporate and local teams to ensure seamless admissions processes and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Engage with prospective residents and families, providing guidance and support throughout the admissions journey.
- Build relationships with referral sources, including healthcare providers and community organizations, to drive awareness and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and lead conversions using CRM tools.
- Participate in promotional events and networking opportunities to enhance community visibility.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and strategies tailored to private-pay clientele.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Establish and nurture relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, senior organizations, and community centers.
- Conduct outreach calls, visits, and events to promote the assisted living community and generate leads.
- Coordinate and lead tours and interviews for prospective residents and their families.
- Manage the admissions process, ensuring compliance with medical, financial, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with teams to address concerns and provide solutions to families and referral sources.
- Monitor and report on lead pipeline, conversion rates, and outreach effectiveness.
- Maintain CRM systems to track outreach activities and resident data accurately.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA standards and confidentiality protocols in all interactions.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or healthcare preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years in healthcare sales, outreach, or admissions; 5 years preferred.
- Experience with private-pay clientele and launching new communities highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales skills essential for success.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for community visits and events.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and familiarity with NYSDOH regulations preferred.
- Availability for occasional evening and weekend hours to support tours and move-ins.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA standards.
