Overview
- Support the Talent team in delivering high-quality recruiting and professional development experiences for legal professionals.
- Coordinate recruiting activities for clerkship and first-year litigation associate candidates, including outreach, interviews, and event logistics.
- Assist in onboarding processes and maintain professional development materials and resources.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, candidate profile updates, and event preparation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to organize events and training sessions.
- Ensure accuracy and maintenance of recruiting data and materials across platforms.
- Provide support for attorney onboarding and associate review processes.
- Contribute to the success of the Talent team by managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate interview schedules, candidate communications, and logistics for clerkship and associate recruitment.
- Prepare and maintain recruiting materials, trackers, and applicant profiles.
- Support event logistics, including venue coordination, catering, and attendee materials.
- Assist with professional development initiatives, including training sessions and strategy meetings.
- Manage administrative tasks such as processing invoices and reimbursements for recruiting activities.
- Maintain Talent materials on internal systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance recruiting and professional development processes.
- Provide support for onboarding new attorneys and coordinating orientation materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; legal recruiting experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of legal recruiting experience in a law firm required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with iManage and viDesktop preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and event planning skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime and willingness to travel when required.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Hybrid work arrangement requiring three days per week in the office.
