Job Description

Overview

  • Support the Talent team in delivering high-quality recruiting and professional development experiences for legal professionals.
  • Coordinate recruiting activities for clerkship and first-year litigation associate candidates, including outreach, interviews, and event logistics.
  • Assist in onboarding processes and maintain professional development materials and resources.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, candidate profile updates, and event preparation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to organize events and training sessions.
  • Ensure accuracy and maintenance of recruiting data and materials across platforms.
  • Provide support for attorney onboarding and associate review processes.
  • Contribute to the success of the Talent team by managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate interview schedules, candidate communications, and logistics for clerkship and associate recruitment.
  • Prepare and maintain recruiting materials, trackers, and applicant profiles.
  • Support event logistics, including venue coordination, catering, and attendee materials.
  • Assist with professional development initiatives, including training sessions and strategy meetings.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as processing invoices and reimbursements for recruiting activities.
  • Maintain Talent materials on internal systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance recruiting and professional development processes.
  • Provide support for onboarding new attorneys and coordinating orientation materials.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; legal recruiting experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of legal recruiting experience in a law firm required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with iManage and viDesktop preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and event planning skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and willingness to travel when required.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Hybrid work arrangement requiring three days per week in the office.
