• Work within a multidisciplinary academic medical center dedicated to education and research.
• Provide leadership in diverse healthcare services, including emergency medicine, neurology, and women's health.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee daily hospital operations, ensuring efficient and effective departmental management.
• Implement CEO and corporate strategies to maximize service quality and hospital profitability.
• Develop and manage programs to enhance employee performance and motivation.
• Direct quality operations to improve community reputation and return on investment.
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue growth, margin achievement, and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of hospital experience, with two to three years in senior management.
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong organizational skills to manage diverse hospital operations effectively.
• Ability to inspire and communicate with employees and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of healthcare quality standards and operational best practices.
