Overview

  • Lead hospital operations as Chief Operating Officer, ensuring efficient management of departments and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Drive operational excellence in a Level I Trauma Center with advanced healthcare technologies.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to implement strategies that enhance service quality and profitability.
  • Develop and execute programs to foster employee commitment to quality and service.
  • Ensure compliance with financial goals, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.
  • Promote community-focused healthcare initiatives and quality programs.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary academic medical center dedicated to education and research.
  • Provide leadership in diverse healthcare services, including emergency medicine, neurology, and women's health.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily hospital operations, ensuring efficient and effective departmental management.
  • Implement CEO and corporate strategies to maximize service quality and hospital profitability.
  • Develop and manage programs to enhance employee performance and motivation.
  • Direct quality operations to improve community reputation and return on investment.

Job Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills to manage diverse hospital operations effectively.
