Licensed Practical Nurse

Overview

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a permanent, on-site role.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Support patient education initiatives to promote health and wellness.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses as per physician instructions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments to patients.
• Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Maintain medical equipment and supplies inventory.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families during treatment.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and standards.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient care standards.
• Proficiency in administering medications and treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
