Job Description

Overview

  • Coordinate staffing operations for a growing healthcare organization, ensuring compliance and smooth onboarding processes.
  • Manage caregiver recruitment, employee records, and scheduling to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Support quality assurance initiatives and enforce company policies consistently.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to address staffing and operational concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with state and agency standards in all staffing activities.
  • Provide professional communication to caregivers and patients, addressing concerns effectively.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive workplace environment.
  • Work on-site with occasional travel to other office locations as required.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Process caregiver applications promptly and maintain accurate employee files.
  • Conduct weekly orientations for newly hired CHHAs and CNAs.
  • Assist with scheduling and coverage needs, ensuring operational continuity.
  • Address caregiver and patient concerns professionally and effectively.
  • Collaborate with on-call staff and answering services to resolve issues.
  • Enforce company policies fairly and consistently, supporting a compliant workplace.
  • Support quality assurance initiatives and ensure visits are authorized and billable.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the executive team.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree or equivalent educational background.
  • Minimum of 1 year of recruiting or HR experience in home care or healthcare.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage staffing operations.
  • Comfortable working with people and resolving problems effectively.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs, bend, stoop, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Home care experience required, with knowledge of compliance standards.
  • Must pass a criminal background check to meet employment requirements.
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel to other office locations as needed.
