Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Implement risk-stratified protocols to drive improved patient outcomes and optimize therapy sessions.
• Utilize advanced tools like Limber, PROMIS, and Ambient Listening to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Deliver therapy sessions ranging from 45 to 60 minutes to ensure optimal dosage and patient engagement.
• Collaborate with patients to establish aggressive, progressive exercise-driven care plans tailored to their needs.
• Maintain high standards of care to meet access and income markers while prioritizing patient outcomes.
• Participate in professional development programs, including CEU Residency Programs and student loan repayment options.
• Provide personalized support through one-on-one consultations to address specific patient concerns.

Job Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DO) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy, with 3 years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based care models and risk-stratified protocols.
• Proficiency in utilizing advanced tools like Limber, PROMIS, and Ambient Listening.
• Ability to develop and implement aggressive, progressive exercise-driven care plans.
