Overview

  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy care to patients, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes and improved quality of life.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute personalized care plans for patients.
  • Utilize advanced tools and protocols, such as Limber and PROMIS, to enhance efficiency and treatment effectiveness.
  • Conduct one-on-one consultations to address individual patient needs and provide tailored therapy solutions.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including CEU Residency Programs, to enhance clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement progressive, exercise-driven care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct therapy sessions lasting 45-60 minutes to ensure effective dosage and patient engagement.
  • Monitor and document patient progress using risk-stratified protocols and evidence-based practices.
  • Utilize advanced tools like Ambient Listening to enhance patient interaction and therapy efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and treatment strategies.
  • Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and strategies for continued improvement.
  • Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to the development of best practices in physical therapy.

Job Requirements

  • Doctoral Degree (DO) in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy; 3 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in using advanced therapy tools such as Limber and PROMIS.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based care models and risk-stratified protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills for patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams.
