Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and documentation to determine scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to refine estimates and optimize plans.
• Monitor market trends and material costs to create competitive and realistic estimates.
• Participate in bid preparation and submission processes, ensuring compliance with client expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, project costs, and related documentation for analysis.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating, with 8 years preferred.
• Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software and tools.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and cost analysis methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for precise cost estimation.
