Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate multifamily construction projects, including garden-style, podium, and mid/high-rise developments.
- Manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor agreements to achieve financial and operational goals.
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and address risks, challenges, and opportunities proactively to mitigate impacts.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, financials, and forecasting to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with preconstruction teams on estimating, constructability assessments, and planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, and architects to ensure project success.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial construction project management, focusing on multifamily developments.
- Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $20M in value successfully.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Preferred certifications include PMP or equivalent project management credentials.
