Job Description

Overview

  • Manage and oversee core human resources functions, including staffing, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive initiatives such as talent management and workforce planning.
  • Provide strategic HR support to multiple locations, requiring occasional travel.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures while fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Serve as a coach and advisor to employees and management on HR matters.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction.
  • Partner with training teams to identify and address employee development needs.
  • Support compensation and benefits alignment across business units.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience; 7 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools, with strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to support multiple locations.
  • Experience in organizational development and change management.
  • Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus.
