Job Description

Overview

  • Lead human resources operations and strategy in a dynamic construction environment, driving organizational growth and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives and workforce needs.
  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition and management strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal regulations, and industry standards across all operations.
  • Collaborate with training teams to design and deliver impactful employee development programs.
  • Support compensation and benefits strategies to maintain competitive and equitable structures.
  • Occasional travel required to support operations at various locations, including construction sites.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Enhance HR systems, policies, and processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate professional development initiatives.
  • Address employee performance issues and facilitate resolutions in line with organizational standards.
  • Lead initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention across the organization.
  • Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures during site visits.
  • Manage time-sensitive HR matters with efficiency and professionalism.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience; 7 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in HR best practices, industry trends, and technical HR functions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills for HR systems and data analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse organizational interactions.
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Prior experience in construction industry HR management is highly preferred.
