Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience; 7 years preferred.
- Proficiency in HR best practices, industry trends, and technical HR functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills for HR systems and data analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse organizational interactions.
- Ability to travel to multiple locations and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Prior experience in construction industry HR management is highly preferred.
