Overview
- Lead the operations of an ambulatory surgical center, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards.
- Oversee clinical, administrative, and business office functions to achieve operational excellence.

- Manage financial controls, reporting, and budget planning for the facility.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and execute physician recruitment and marketing programs to enhance facility utilization.
- Implement annual strategic business plans aligned with partnership and market dynamics.
- Supervise and evaluate all medical and administrative personnel effectively and timely.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards in healthcare operations.
- Manage fiscal operations, including billing, collections, and accounts payable processes.
- Coordinate activities within the operating room suite and oversee risk management.
- Develop and manage operating and capital budgets to achieve financial goals.
- Motivate and empower employees to fulfill the facility's mission and objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of four years of supervisory or management experience in healthcare settings.
- Knowledge of state, federal, and accreditation standards in healthcare operations.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, financial management, and personnel supervision.
- Experience in ambulatory surgical center operations is highly preferred.
