Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, automation, or AI workflows; 12 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in backend development, particularly Python, and system integration techniques.
  • Experience with LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, and agent-based systems for AI applications.
  • Knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions.
  • Familiarity with orchestration frameworks like LangChain or MCP for workflow management.
  • Strong understanding of observability practices and production system reliability.
  • Experience in financial services or other regulated environments is highly advantageous.
