Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Execute post-trade lifecycle operations, ensuring accurate trade capture and settlement.
- Collaborate with fund administrators to ensure timely and accurate trade instructions.
- Resolve daily reconciliation exceptions, maintaining operational accuracy and efficiency.
- Leverage AI tools for anomaly detection and workflow optimization.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to address operational challenges.
- Manage corporate actions and proxy voting processes, ensuring compliance and precision.

- Maintain security masters and accurately record daily trading activity.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field required; advanced knowledge preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations or related roles, with strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Bloomberg; familiarity with AI tools is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills in dynamic environments.
