Senior Associate, Data Engineer

Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Design, build, and optimize scalable data models, pipelines, and workflows.
• Develop modern data architecture standards to improve scalability and reliability.
• Build robust data ingestion frameworks integrating internal and external datasets.
• Lead data governance initiatives, including access controls and monitoring.
• Optimize Snowflake performance through warehouse design and query tuning.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution of the data platform and AI capabilities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering.
• Expertise in enterprise-scale data platforms using Snowflake.
• Proficiency in SQL for data modeling and performance tuning.
• Strong Python programming skills for automation and pipeline development.
• Experience with cloud-native data architectures and orchestration workflows.
• Knowledge of AI tools and technologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with enterprise data governance and metadata management practices.
