Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction estimating preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating; 5 years preferred.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate cost assessments.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced construction environment.
