Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct outreach to applicants and members in the TimeBank database to encourage engagement.
- Record applications, event hours, and other data accurately in the system.
- Translate written materials occasionally to support bilingual communication needs.
- Attend and assist at community events, ensuring effective representation and support.
- Follow up on referrals and inquiries to ensure timely responses and resolutions.
- Schedule recurrent classes and events in the platform, maintaining organized records.

Job Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (required) and Mandarin (preferred) for effective communication.
