Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments for the Chief Compliance Officer.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Handle expense reporting and budget tracking for the compliance department.
- Support compliance-related projects and initiatives with administrative expertise.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
- Provide assistance during audits and compliance reviews as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts degree required, with a focus on business or related fields preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting MD-level or C-suite executives.
- Experience in front-office or trading floor environments, demonstrating adaptability and efficiency.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in managing complex tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- French language skills are a plus but not mandatory for this role.
