Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in private equity or related fields.
• Proven leadership experience at a director level or higher.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work remotely while effectively managing teams and operations.
