Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and present comprehensive interior design concepts tailored to hospitality environments.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project integration and execution.
  • Effectively manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet objectives and deadlines.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design implementation aligns with project plans.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on hospitality projects preferred.
  • Proven experience managing design projects from concept to completion.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools, including AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a hybrid work environment.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, codes, and standards.
