Overview

  • Lead and oversee diverse construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project execution and maintain compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure safety protocols and industry regulations are strictly followed at all times.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive progress reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance records.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in general contracting; 5 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing commercial or healthcare construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills for effective team management.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
  • Demonstrated stability with no more than three employers in the last ten years.
