Job Requirements
- Associate of Science (AS) degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general contracting; 5 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing commercial or healthcare construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills for effective team management.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
- Demonstrated stability with no more than three employers in the last ten years.
