Overview

  • Lead on-site construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion while adhering to industry standards and client expectations.
  • Coordinate resources, schedules, and budgets to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects and engineers, to address challenges and implement solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, providing detailed updates to management and stakeholders regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout project execution.
  • Oversee subcontractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to project requirements and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for all project activities and milestones.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan and execute construction projects, ensuring alignment with established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Supervise on-site teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives.

Job Requirements
