Job Requirements
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Nursing or equivalent educational background.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with a minimum of 1 year of field nursing experience.
- Experience working with patients with complex conditions such as dementia or tuberculosis preferred.
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Effective communication and counseling skills to educate patients and families.
- Proficiency in patient-centered care planning and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Comfortable working in the field and traveling within designated areas.
- Preferred experience in LCSA or similar healthcare settings.
