Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare and update patient charts to ensure smooth clinic operations and accurate documentation.
• Escort patients to exam rooms, obtaining vital signs and chief complaints efficiently.
• Support medical providers during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and adherence to care standards.
• Perform phlebotomy and other clinical tasks while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
• Monitor and restock medical supplies to maintain readiness for patient care activities.
• Accurately document patient information in EMR systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to address patient needs and improve care delivery processes.

Job Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required; Medical Assistant certification mandatory.
• Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience; 2 years preferred for advanced proficiency.
• Proficiency in EMR systems and basic computer skills essential for documentation tasks.
• Strong clinical skills, including phlebotomy, required for effective patient care delivery.
• Bilingual candidates preferred to enhance communication with diverse patient populations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, to meet clinic demands.
