Job Description

Overview

  • Lead diverse architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring exceptional design quality and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing architectural solutions.
  • Utilize advanced design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam, to create detailed project documentation.
  • Foster strong client relationships by understanding their needs and translating them into effective design solutions.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to architectural standards, regulations, and sustainability practices.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure alignment with design specifications.
  • Prepare comprehensive architectural drawings and documentation using industry-standard tools.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Review and approve design modifications, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project teams to address challenges proactively.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate innovative practices into projects.
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and functionality.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) from an accredited institution.
  • Registered Architect with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Proven experience leading architectural projects, including three years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage client and team relationships effectively.
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
