Overview

- Oversee fund accounting, including NAV calculations, performance estimates, and investor communications.
- Drive operational improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SEC filings and audits.
- Engage with auditors, tax professionals, and fund administrators to support year-end reporting.
- Analyze portfolio data to perform compliance tests and support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage accounting and financial reporting for credit funds, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee fund administrator activities, including audits, reporting, and investor communications.
- Prepare and review NAV calculations, fund returns, and performance estimates.
- Ensure compliance with fund credit facilities, portfolio agreements, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with auditors and tax professionals to ensure accurate filings and reporting.
- Develop and implement operational policies to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in fund management.
- Strong knowledge of fund accounting, financial reporting, and credit-related products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
