Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage investment lifecycle processes, ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy in credit transactions.
- Perform reconciliations, address exceptions, and coordinate with external service providers to maintain seamless operations.
- Execute trade bookings, corporate actions, and restructurings with precision within the firm's systems.
- Maintain reference data for portfolios, assets, and issuers to ensure data integrity and reliability.
- Coordinate settlement processes with agents, brokers, banks, and custodians to ensure timely execution.
- Assist in deal execution, including documentation preparation and fund flow coordination for investments.
- Oversee KYC processes for new investments and administrative agent roles to meet compliance standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and actively support technology testing and implementation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational or financial services roles, with fund accounting knowledge.
- Proven expertise in loan operations and familiarity with diverse credit instruments is essential.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical problem-solving skills is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration in team settings.
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and thrive in dynamic, team-oriented environments.
