Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage investment lifecycle processes, ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy in credit transactions.
  • Perform reconciliations, address exceptions, and coordinate with external service providers to maintain seamless operations.
  • Execute trade bookings, corporate actions, and restructurings with precision within the firm's systems.
  • Maintain reference data for portfolios, assets, and issuers to ensure data integrity and reliability.
  • Coordinate settlement processes with agents, brokers, banks, and custodians to ensure timely execution.
  • Assist in deal execution, including documentation preparation and fund flow coordination for investments.
  • Oversee KYC processes for new investments and administrative agent roles to meet compliance standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and actively support technology testing and implementation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational or financial services roles, with fund accounting knowledge.
  • Proven expertise in loan operations and familiarity with diverse credit instruments is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical problem-solving skills is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration in team settings.
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows and thrive in dynamic, team-oriented environments.
  • Experience in private and syndicated credit markets is preferred for this role.
