Overview

  • Lead on-site construction operations ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing challenges and implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with project managers to align construction activities with overall project goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of construction activities and project milestones.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise daily construction site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction supervision; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage construction teams effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address on-site challenges.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
