Overview

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives in a fast-paced wealth management environment, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Coordinate complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements, optimizing time management for leadership.
  • Prepare and manage professional documents, presentations, and client communications with precision and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage executive calendars, prioritizing tasks and ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and appointments.

  • Handle professional communications, including phone calls and client inquiries, with a high level of professionalism.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Arts (AA) degree required; additional certifications in administration or related fields are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience; 5 years preferred for higher proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
