Overview

  • Lead the syndication process for club and syndicated loan transactions, ensuring optimal structuring and execution.
  • Collaborate with leadership to manage credit exposure across syndicated loan transactions effectively.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors and banking partners.
  • Analyze market conditions and investor demand to support strategic decision-making.
  • Educate stakeholders on market trends, syndication strategies, and financing solutions.
  • Coordinate due diligence, documentation, and transaction closings with cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare and present transaction updates and market intelligence to senior leadership.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and provide insights for future syndication strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with credit policies, risk management guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement syndication strategies for complex loan transactions.
  • Lead negotiations and structuring of syndicated and club loan agreements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in loan syndications or related fields.
  • Proven expertise in managing syndicated loan transactions from origination to execution.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Established relationships with institutional investors and banking professionals.
  • Familiarity with credit policies and regulatory compliance standards.
  • MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
