Overview

- Perform receptionist duties, including answering calls, routing messages, and liaising between attorneys and clients.

- Assist attorneys by accessing court records and providing case-related information.
- Handle document management tasks such as copying, scanning, and distributing materials.
- Provide general information to clients, families, vendors, and staff as needed.
- Ensure mail sorting and distribution is completed efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to support legal processes and maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Record case information using manual or electronic systems for accurate documentation.
- Enter and retrieve data from various databases to support case management.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; additional qualifications are advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a legal or administrative role.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including database management and office software.
