Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage multifamily construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications.

Job Requirements

• Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily construction projects; 10 years preferred.
• Proven ability to manage construction projects effectively, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills to guide construction teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling and reporting.
