Overview

  • Serve as a Construction Administrator for commercial projects, ensuring quality and compliance with architectural standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to oversee construction phases and resolve issues effectively.
  • Work on K-12 and Higher Education market sector projects, leveraging industry expertise.
  • Utilize software tools such as MS Office, Bluebeam, Revit, and AutoCAD for documentation and analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and client specifications throughout construction phases.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations, ensuring safety and quality.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for construction challenges.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate construction activities and monitor progress to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Review architectural plans and specifications to ensure compliance with design intent.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports and schedules.
  • Conduct site visits to assess construction quality and address any discrepancies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent educational background.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in architecture or construction, with 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Bluebeam, Revit, and AutoCAD software tools.
  • Experience working on K-12 and Higher Education market sector projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills for effective project management.
  • Ability to conduct site visits and assess construction quality and compliance.
