Key Responsibilities & Duties

Oversee daily operations of the oncology pharmacy department, ensuring seamless workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Recruit, train, and evaluate pharmacy staff, addressing performance and development needs effectively.
Coordinate procurement and inventory management of oncology medications, ensuring proper storage and availability.

Job Requirements

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmacy, with a preference for oncology specialization and supervisory roles.
Current pharmacist licensure in Arizona or eligibility to obtain licensure.
In-depth knowledge of oncology medications, protocols, and drug interactions.
Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
