Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and document scanning tasks efficiently.
- Create labels, nametags, and perform light word processing, printing, and binding tasks.
- Monitor office access, greet guests, and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Order, restock, and organize kitchen and office supplies to maintain functionality.
- Coordinate with vendors for office repairs and building maintenance requirements.
- Conduct regular office walkthroughs to ensure neatness and address organizational needs.
- Utilize advanced computer skills for efficient document management and communication tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and tasks.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite at an advanced level is essential.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Financials is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for efficient multitasking.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including superior grammar and punctuation.
