Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with 8 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in BIM/Revit and AutoCAD software for architectural design and documentation.
  • Knowledge of building and zoning codes, ensuring compliance in project execution.
  • Experience in design and construction document preparation for diverse sectors.
  • Architectural registration or active pursuit of registration is highly desirable.
