Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee IT operations, ensuring system reliability, performance, and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Manage cloud and SaaS platforms, ensuring seamless integration and effective identity management.
• Establish IT service management practices to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Lead and mentor IT teams, defining roles, goals, and development plans for team members.
• Oversee IT projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance against SLAs.
• Ensure IT operations comply with regulations and security standards, collaborating with security teams.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with 3-5 years in leadership roles.
• Expertise in cloud platforms, SaaS applications, and enterprise networking, particularly Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Proven ability to lead IT operations, ensuring system reliability and operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of IT architecture, systems integration, and modern practices like CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience implementing IT service management practices and managing enterprise vendors.
• Effective leadership skills, with experience mentoring teams and fostering collaboration.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and audit processes in regulated industries.
