Overview

  • Lead construction projects across Michigan, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to manage light industrial, K-12 school, and municipal projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and subcontractors.
  • Travel to various project sites across Michigan as required.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate with project managers and design teams for seamless execution.
  • Monitor project progress and address any challenges proactively.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols for all site personnel.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on project status and milestones.
  • Manage subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to contracts.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of construction supervision experience; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing light industrial, K-12 school, and municipal projects.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
  • Ability to travel extensively across Michigan for project oversight.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
