Overview

  • Lead financial operations and ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance for a growing organization.
  • Oversee accounting, cash management, and workflow system implementations to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement financial controls and processes to ensure integrity and transparency.
  • Prepare for future audits and ensure compliance with US GAAP standards.
  • Manage risk, cost, and tax strategies to optimize profitability and mitigate financial risks.

  • Contribute to strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets management.
  • Manage monthly close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and inter-company transactions.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, KPIs, and profit and loss statements for various entities.
  • Implement and oversee workflow management software to streamline financial operations.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and provide strategic tax planning advice.
  • Develop and maintain cash flow and liquidity management strategies across multiple entities.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement financial controls and processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA certification with 2-3 years in public accounting and 5+ years in corporate accounting.
  • Experience in real estate or investment management industries is preferred.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Sage Intact, and workflow management software.
  • Advanced knowledge of US GAAP and consolidation reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
