Overview
- Lead clinical oversight and ensure regulatory compliance for a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA).
- Deliver high-quality patient care aligned with New York State Department of Health regulations.
- Provide leadership to nursing staff and oversee clinical operations and performance outcomes.
- Collaborate with operational leadership to support census growth and patient experience.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.

Job Requirements
- Current, unrestricted New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

- Knowledge of New York State Department of Health regulations for LHCSA.
- Strong clinical judgment and expertise in regulatory compliance and quality oversight.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams.
