Overview
- Lead HR operations for a growing organization, managing payroll, benefits, and HRIS systems.
- Develop and implement talent strategies to support organizational growth and employee development.
- Oversee performance reviews, learning and development initiatives, and compensation structures.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with business objectives and company culture.
- Manage a team including an HR Generalist and Recruiting Coordinator, ensuring effective operations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, leveraging PEO systems like ADP.
- Contribute to the growth of the company, supporting expansion from 80 to 100 employees.
- Work on-site to foster collaboration and build strong relationships across teams.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Approve and oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Implement and manage HRIS systems to streamline HR operations.
- Lead performance management processes, including reviews and feedback sessions.
- Design and deliver learning and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive offerings.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining ethical HR practices.
- Support organizational growth and change management initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, preferably in small, growing companies.
- Proficiency in managing payroll, benefits, and HRIS systems, with PEO experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage HR functions and teams.
