Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Ensure the accuracy of the general ledger through detailed journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Facilitate cash processes, including wire setups and accounts payable management.
  • Prepare and reconcile financial accounts to uphold compliance and data integrity.
  • Generate financial statements and partner capital account balance reports.
  • Process investor capital calculations and notices, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist with annual regulatory submissions and coordinate with audit and tax teams.
  • Support client and entity setup processes, contributing to operational scalability.
  • Participate in special projects, demonstrating problem-solving and adaptability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field with strong academic performance.
  • 1-4 years of experience in public accounting or financial services preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities and strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated team player capable of independent and collaborative work.
  • Experience with investor capital processes and financial statement preparation advantageous.
