Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct R&D for next-generation embedded and electronic systems, ensuring technical excellence.
- Collaborate with teams to evaluate concepts and develop functional prototypes.
- Design and execute experiments to validate concepts and reduce risks.
- Analyze system performance using simulation, modeling, and prototype testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
- Develop and integrate prototypes to demonstrate feasibility and accelerate development.
- Generate technical documentation to support research and testing activities.
- Evaluate tradeoffs and make informed engineering decisions in ambiguous situations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in embedded hardware or advanced electronic product development.
- Proficiency with ECAD tools for schematic capture, simulation, and hardware development.
- Strong expertise in hardware bring-up, integration, debugging, and testing.
- Experience designing mixed-signal electronic systems, preferably in size-constrained applications.
- Ability to work independently and develop solutions in undefined requirements areas.
- Preferred experience in military, aerospace, robotics, or electro-optical technologies.
- Eligibility for top security clearance is mandatory.
