- Work on-site with structured scheduling and occasional remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Process weekly union payroll, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Manage contributions, dues payments, and unemployment programs with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain payroll records and prepare for audits, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, taxes, benefits, and employment verifications.

Job Requirements
- Associate Degree in a relevant field, with 1-3 years of payroll experience preferred.

- Advanced communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities.
