- As an In-House Corporate Paralegal, you will provide critical legal support to the client’s corporate operations.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to address complex legal matters and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to support strategic business initiatives and partnerships.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of governance frameworks and internal controls.

In-House Corporate Paralegal Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including NDAs and service contracts.
- Develop and maintain contract templates to streamline legal processes and operations.
- Advise HR and leadership on employment law, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Support the creation and refinement of policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
- Identify legal risks and propose actionable solutions to safeguard organizational interests.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to structure contracts that align with business objectives.
- Provide guidance on corporate governance and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
In-House Corporate Paralegal Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years of paralegal or legal support experience in a corporate or law firm setting.
- Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience supporting energy, industrial, or similar businesses is preferred.
- Background in corporate governance and transactional practices is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
