Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED is required; additional certifications in recruitment are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience is required; 4 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems, Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices and candidate management processes.
