Administrative Coordinator/Assistant Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and internal documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
- Support travel arrangements, including domestic and international logistics and visa documentation.
- Maintain organized filing systems for executive materials and records.
- Assist with expense report preparation and submission.
- Support internal and external event coordination and special projects.
- Draft and distribute internal communications and track meeting action items.
Administrative Coordinator/Assistant Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional qualifications are a plus.
- 2–5+ years of experience in administrative or executive support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in event coordination and travel logistics is preferred.
